Úgy gondolom, hogy ez megfelelő önismeret nélkül lehetetlen.
A legtöbb ember élete során pusztán 20%-ban hozza ki magából azt, ami benne rejlik.
Ha mindannyian ismernék önmagunkat, a határainkat és a bennünk rejlő potenciált, akkor hegyeket tudnánk mozgatni.
Beteljesülésünk útjába áll, hogy már gyerekkorunkba folyamatosan megkérdőjeleznek és beskatulyáznak bennünket, amivel a valódi énképünk feledésbe merül, így nem önmagunk, hanem egy társadalom és közösség által elvárt személyiség jön létre.
Korábbi közösségekben eltöltött szerepeink hatással vannak a családi, baráti és munkahelyi kapcsolatainkra, ezek pedig az egész életünkre.
Felnőtt korunk pedig sok esetben a gyerekkorunk felnagyított mása.
Ezen az önimsereti kurzuson, segítek, hogy visszatalálj önmagadhoz és olyan megoldókulcsokat adok a kezedbe, melyeket egész életedbe hasznosítani tudsz majd.
Garantálom, hogy a kurzus végére egy más szemszögből fogsz tekinteni önmagadra és a téged körülvevő világra is.
Az itt kapott önismereti technikákkal pedig, a kurzus után is folyamatosan fenntartható marad a fejlődésed.

-Aki számos traumát szenvedett el gyerekkorában.
-Aki úgy érzi folyamatos akadályokba ütközik az életbe.
-Aki évek óta próbálkozik egy minőségibb életet élni, de eddig nem tudott átütő sikert elérni.
Témák amelyeket érintünk:
1. Gyermekkor és traumák hatása a jelenre és azok oldása.
2. Önbecsülés, önértékelés és önbizalom fogalma, hatása és fejlesztés.
3. Családi-szülői és generációs minták. Azok negatív hatása, oldása.
4. Félelmek, bizonytalanság és stressz kezelése.
5. Érzelmek szerepe az életben, azok kimutatása és megélése.
6. Énkép, én-ideál és valódi önmagunk megteremtése.
-Alkalmak időtartama: 90-100 perc
-Minden alkalom között házi feladatot kapsz.
-Az előadásokat az alkalmak után 48 óráig még vissza tudod nézni, ha nem tudsz élőben jelen lenni.
-Minden alkalom Zoom csoportban zajlik, így látjuk és halljuk egymást, hogy a minőségi kapcsolódás létrejöhessen.
-A csapattagok együtt is fognak dolgozni, hogy a fejlődés 1-1 alkalom között is töretlen maradjon.
